The self-isolation regime could be removed for some Moldovans returning from abroad

The self-isolation regime for Moldovan citizens returning from countries with few COVID-19 cases could be removed. At least that's what the head of state said today in the show "Presedintele raspunde". Igor Dodon claims that a decision in this regard will be taken by the National Commission for Emergency Situations in the coming days, informs Radio Moldova.

"I talked to my colleagues from the Government today. In the coming days I know that a decision will be made regarding some changes in terms of self-isolation. Probably for those who come from countries that are not red areas, self-isolation will be excluded", said Dodon.

We remind you that, at the beginning of this week, the Minister of Health, Viorica Dumbrăveanu said that the health specialists are evaluating the possibility of excluding the 14 days of quarantine for the citizens returning to Moldova.
