More than 50 percent of the beneficiaries of the "First House" program receive compensation from the state budget

Since the launch of the Governmental Program, 4,063 homes have been purchased. More than 50 percent of the total number of beneficiaries receive state aid for partial coverage of the expenses incurred to pay the mortgage loan.

Out of 4,063 beneficiaries 2,849 are families, and 1,214 are unmarried young people. Their average age is 31.3 years. Also, out of the total number of beneficiaries, 575 persons benefit from compensations from the state budget under the First House 2 program, 1,456 - under the First House 3 program, and 279 - under the First House 4 program.

Also, in the situation of February 24, 2020, 30 applications are in the analysis stage, another 14 are accepted and the guarantee contracts will be signed, and 16 applications have been submitted for examination.
