More than 130 people, documented for non-compliance with epidemic disease prevention measures

In the last 24 hours, at the border crossing points, the flow of people constituted 12,113 crossings. On the way to the Republic of Moldova, there were 6,539 crossings, of which 4,353 crossings at the Moldovan-Romanian border, 1,370 crossings at the border with Ukraine and 816 air crossings.

During 24 hours, 135 people were documented for non-compliance with measures for the prevention, prevention and / or control of epidemic diseases.

At the border crossing points open to traffic, 12,113 people were screened and 6,357 individual epidemiological files were completed. At the state border crossing, no person showed symptoms of COVID-19 infection.

Border Police Green Line officers recorded 145 calls from citizens within 24 hours, where they were offered consultations on the state border situation, crossing conditions and risks in the context of measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

In accordance with the provisions of the CNESP Decision of November 27, the measures for the prevention and control of COVID-19 infection when crossing the state border on the way to enter the Republic of Moldova are extended. Foreigners and stateless persons who declare that they come from countries classified as green zones are allowed to enter the territory of the Republic of Moldova and are prohibited for those who come from countries classified as red zones, with some exceptions. At the same time, the persons who cross the state border on the way to enter the Republic of Moldova and come from the countries classified as green zones will not complete the Epidemiological File and will not be obliged to respect the 14-day self-isolation regime. If the starting point is located in a country classified as a green area, and during the journey the countries classified as a red zone have been transited, the person is qualified as coming from the red zone.

The transit of the territory of the Republic of Moldova is carried out directly, without stopping, through the following lanes established between the state border crossing points: Giurgiulesti-Galati, road - Giurgiulesti-Reni, road, Chisinau International Airport, air - Leuseni-Albita, road; Palanka-Maiaki-Udobnoe, by road; Tudora-Starokazacie, by road; Criva-Mamaliga, by road.
