CNA raids on 22 addresses in Chisinau
The National Anticorruption Center (CNA) and prosecutors raids on 22 addresses in Chisinau, in criminal cases, based on acts of active, passive corruption and fraud, committed by a group of people, employees of the Municipal Enterprise "Combinatul Serviciilor Funerare", informs Moldova 1.
"The administration of St. Lazarus Cemetery in Chisinau is directly targeted. Officials are suspected of obtaining illegal profits from the sale of burial sites for the deceased, but also for their booking. We will come up with details about the searches and the number of people detained", said Angela Starinschi, CNA spokeswoman.
