Pre-trial detention for six construction company employees detained for injuring several investors
Six of the eight former employees of the construction company detained last week were placed in pre-trial detention for 30 days, and another one will be under house arrest, informs Moldova 1.
In the case of the eighth detainee, the prosecutors ordered his release. The detained persons are accused of damaging 70 people with about 50 million lei, invested by the victims in the new apartments in Chisinau. According to the prosecutors, the money invested was used against the destination and appropriated by the decision makers and other employees of the economic agent.
Thus, the construction company was unable to fulfill its obligations to investors.
