Better conditions in the pediatrics section of Soroca District Hospital
Rooms equipped with new and up-to-date furniture, spacious offices and sanitary systems - are the new conditions adapted to the European requirements and standards that will now be enjoyed by patients of the pediatrics section of Soroca District Hospital, reports Moldova 1 TV.
So far, children admitted to the pediatrics section of the Soroca District Hospital stayed in precarious conditions of the institution. There has not been a major repair since the opening of the section 20 years ago. At present, everything is new and renovated. In addition to the treatment, the children also have a play room.
The department has a capacity to treat about two thousand children annually.
The institution was renovated with the support of Soroca District Council, which allocated 2 million 300 thousand lei.
The repair works of the section lasted four months, during which time the patients were transferred to another building of the institution.
