Minister of Justice, Olesea Stamate, invited to Radio Moldova
On Wednesday, September 11, the Minister of Justice, Olesea Stamate, is invited to the show "Loc de Dialog" on Radio Moldova.
The journalist Cristina Popescu will discuss with the Minister of Justice about the reform of the justice system, the modification of the Law on the Prosecutor's Office, which sets new criteria for appointing a general prosecutor, about the reform of the Supreme Court of Justice, the reform of the Superior Council of Magistracy and how the Ministry of Justice intends to restore citizens’ confidence in the judiciary.
We will also talk about the reform of justice by phone with the former President of the Constitutional Court, Victor Puşcaş.
