Political parties to report on financial management
The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) informs that, by July 15, each political party will report on the financial management for the first semester of this year.
The reporting will be done both in electronic form, through the SSI "Financial Control" and on paper, according to the model documents in the annexes of the Regulation on the financing of the activity of political parties, and subsequently they will be made public.
The CEC warns that the non-presentation by the political parties of the report on financial management within the set term and format or the inclusion in the report of incomplete data constitutes a violation of legal provisions, which is considered a contravention and is liable for contravention.
