Avia Invest requests the authorities to terminate the insolvency procedure, after having paid all the debts
The Avia Invest company announces that it has paid its debts to the state, in a total amount of almost 33 million lei and requests the termination of the insolvency procedure, Mesager reports.
In a press release, the manager of the Chisinau International Airport presented a copy of the bailiff's conclusion regarding the termination of the execution process that was the basis of the insolvency procedure. Thus, Avia Invest declares that it has no debt to the Civil Aviation Authority.
Last week, the government announced the initiation of insolvency proceedings against Avia Invest, the manager of Chisinau International Airport.
