Igor Dodon could be criminally investigated for the black bag he received from Vlad Plahotniuc. The General Prosecutor's Office is to decide whether to resume the investigation after the Chisinau Court of Appeal overturned the decision of the Chisinau Court, which provided that there were no grounds for prosecution, but also the order of the Prosecutor's Office. The information was confirmed for TRM.MD by the spokesperson of the General Prosecutor's Office, Mariana Cherpec.

"The prosecutor's office confirms that, by a decision of the Chisinau Court of Appeal issued today, the conclusion of the Chisinau Court based in Ciocana, was annulled in its entirety, as well as annulled the order rejecting the complaint, issued by a chief prosecutor of the Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office. After analyzing the issued decisions, the Prosecutor's Office will take a decision, about which it will inform the public opinion ", said Cherpec.
