City Hall meetings to be held behind closed doors

Operative meetings at the Chisinau City Hall are no longer organized in the presence of the press. These are held during the week with the participation of heads of government and municipal enterprises, reports Moldova 1 TV.

According to the City Hall spokesman Vasile Chirilescu, the decision to cancel the operative meeting on Monday belongs to the acting mayor, Adrian Talmaci, on the grounds that it last over ten minutes.

The last operative meeting at the Chisinau City Hall was held on 1 July and was organized by the former acting mayor Ruslan Codreanu. Later, on July 4, Codreanu and Deputy Mayor Nistor Grozavu were dismissed by the Chisinau Municipal Council.
