Maia Sandu requested the resignation of the director of Poşta Moldovei
Prime Minister Maia Sandu requested the resignation of the director of Poşta Moldovei and performing an audit on the management of "Moldtelecom" and "Metal-Feros" companies. This was announced in the debates of the Government’s meeting.
In this context, the prime minister said he received several complaints from the representatives of the media institutions that the employees of "Poşta Moldovei" did not fulfill their contractual obligations to distribute the written press.
Maia Sandu ordered an audit of these state-owned enterprises.
"These companies have been used by the former regime also as a means of funding political parties", said Prime Minister Maia Sandu.
