The draft legislative acts proposed by the ACUM, entered in the Parliament's register

The draft legislative acts submitted by a group of 26 MPs were entered in the entry register of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova on 22 March. This is mentioned in the communique of the Legislature, issued after the deputy of the Bloc ACUM, Sergiu Litvincenco, mentioned that the Parliament Secretariat refused to register the projects as legislative initiatives.

"The argument of refusing to register the package is staggering - there is no Parliament leadership, respectively, there is no one who puts a "visa" on projects. As if there were any legal provision that would condition the registration of legislative initiatives by the election or non-election of the President of Parliament ... ", Sergiu Litvincenco wrote on his Facebook page.

According to the Legislative communiqué, the Legal Department of the Parliament is due to expose in the immediately following period on the procedure and conditions for introducing the documents concerned in the legislative procedure.

The draft legislative acts and legislative proposals are submitted, by convention, on behalf of the Permanent Bureau and distributed for reporting and endorsement by the order of the President of the Parliament, according to Parliament's Rules of Procedure.

Upon registration, the draft legislative acts, the legislative proposals, as well as the documents referred to in Article 47 paragraph (6) shall be placed on Parliament's web site within five working days from the date of inclusion in the legislative procedure.

Parliament's Rules of Procedure are organic law approved on April 2, 1996.

TRM.MD recalls that on 21 March the sitting of Parliament was held. The meeting was interrupted to give MPs the opportunity to set up a parliamentary majority.
