The Constitutional Court validated the mandates of three new deputies

The Constitutional Court validated today, in the first sitting in the new composition, the mandates of three deputies, reports Radio Moldova Actualitati .

Thus, Serghei Cataranciuc, deputy from the ACUM bloc, Igor Himici, from the Shor Party and Ruxandra Glavan, deputy from the Democratic Party of Moldova are the alternate candidates who will occupy the seats of the deputies in Parliament, after other lawmakers have resigned.
 "This Decision is final, cannot be subject to any appeal, enters into force on the date of adoption and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova”, said the President of the Constitutional Court, Vladimir Turcan.

The new composition of the Constitutional Court includes the judges Liuba Sova, Nicolae Roşca, Sergei Turcan, Eduard Ababei, Domnica Manole and Vladimir Turcan, who was elected president of the court.
