Find out about the launch of the "Trade Union School" project at the "Social Dialogue"

In Tuesday’s edition, March 19, of the talk show "Social Dialogue", we talk about the continuous education process, which is a priority in the work of the National Confederation of Trade Unions.

Thus, at the end of last week, it was launched the 7th edition of the "Trade Union School" project, which aims to develop the skills and knowledge of trade union members. This project was taken over from the Austrians and adapted to the needs of trade union members in the Republic of Moldova. What changes occurred in the practical way after implementation, find out in the "Social Dialogue" show.

Under this project, 34 trainees, representing 12 national-branch trade unions, will be trained. Which, in their opinion, are the solutions to the social-economic problems of the enterprises where they work, what action plans should be taken, find out in the talk show "Social Dialogue".

From training that prepares union specialists, we will move on to another type of education, one capable of generating good specialists in the labor market. We will discuss professional orientation, which can direct young people towards the right job. What young people say about the necessity and role of career guidance, as well as what is the role of trade unions in this respect, you see on the show.
