UN warns: European Union is not ready for a new crisis for refugees
The European Union is not ready for a new refugee crisis, UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi said in an interview with Die Welt, quoted by EUObserver.com, according to Mediafax.ro
"Europe is not ready if a crisis of the people who are being denied would happen today. The EU would not do it," Grandi said.
"The European public underestimates any threat, anything that does not happen in Europe," he added.
