National Poetry Festival "Leonida Lari", organized in Calarasi
Lyrics by Leonida Lari and creations dedicated to the regretted poet, fighter for national ideals, will sound on Tuesday at the National Poetry Festival "Leonida Lari". The event will take place in the hall "Alexandru Baltaga" from Calarasi district council, reports Moldova 1 TV.
44 participants, students and adults from all districts of Moldova will perform on the stage creations by Leonida Lari, will speak about the poet's biography and will present their own creations.
The performance of the participants will be appreciated by a jury, led by the actor Mihai Iorga, Leonida Lari’s husband. The winners will be given money, diplomas and books, and the best creations will be included in an anthology dedicated to Leonida Lari.
The national festival "Leonida Lari" is organized by the poet and composer from Calarasi Mihai Doloton.
