Moldova competes at the Winter Youth Olympic Games
Moldovan Biathlonists Victor Şendrea and Antonia Cebotari debuted at the Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lausanne, reports IPN.
Victor Şendrea was ranked 60th in the 12.5 km individual male out of 99 participants. He recorded the result 41:03.6. The winner was Russian Oleg Domichek (34:09.4).
At 10 km individual female, Antonia Cebotari ranked 93, with the result 54:33.6. In the first position, she was also Russia's representative, Alena Mokhova (32:26.7).
At the Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lausanne, representatives of the sled race will also compete: Aliona Busuioc, Adriana Adam and Marius Goncear.
