The Christmas tree in the center of the capital will be inaugurated tonight
The Christmas tree in the center of Chisinau will be inaugurated tonight, Moldova 1 reports.
Authorities previously announced that the artificial fir tree is decorated with 2,800 colored globes, and three kilometers of electric garlands will be installed in the center of the capital.
According to Mayor Ion Ceban, this year, in several locations in the city, such as green areas, parks and squares in the capital's sectors, fir trees, lights, decorative figurines will be installed and New Year's carols and pieces will resound.
The Christmas decorations will be arranged until December 25. Due to the pandemic situation, we will mark the winter holidays without fairs, without fairs and in compliance with the anti-COVID-19 norms.
