Hospitality, tradition, mystery – slogan for tourism from Moldova
Hospitality, tradition, mystery. This was the best slogan for tourism from the Republic of Moldova to represent the country worldwide. The winner of the contest was announced today, September 29 by the head of the Tourism Agency Nicolae Platon.
The author of the slogan who won the contest is Elena Ciubara. She will have a romantic supper for 2 persons in a hotel from the capital and a trip with wine tasting at Cricova.

"There were over 600 proposals, over 150 persons participated in, as well as people from abroad. “Hospitality, tradition, mystery” – is a slogan which represents us and will be used in all promotional materials in exhibitions. It represents us, as a country, we are hospitable, we have traditions and customs and at present we are  mysterious because not everyone knows us. We hope that in some years, the word mystery will be replaced. Given your support, we will do our best for the Republic of Moldova to become a country with touristic potential and well known for tourists ", declared Nicolae Platon.

The contest „ The best slogan for the tourism from the Republic of Moldova”  was initiated at the beginning of August and comprised many stages. In final stage, the Tourism Agency selected 10 slogans, 1 of which was selected for promotion at international level.
