Doctors at the Central Military Clinical Hospital vaccinated

At the Central Military Clinical Hospital, 30 healthcare workers in the front line in the fight against COVID-19 received today the AstraZeneca vaccine, Radio Moldova reports.

The first doctor to receive the serum is the head of the infectious diseases and dermatology department, Diana Ciubotaru. A few minutes after the immunization, the specialist mentioned that she is feeling well and the procedure is not painful at all.

"For us, the vaccine is a hope to return to normal life, it is the health of our staff and our loved ones. There are positive emotions, a long-awaited day ", said Diana Ciubotaru.

According to the head of the hospital, Colonel Vladimir Trofimov, the 140 doses of vaccine received yesterday from the National Agency for Public Health will be administered in two stages, at an interval of eight weeks, at the decision of each healthcare worker.
