Activity of leisure service providers to be monitored in summer
The State Tax Service (SFS) will monitor the activity of leisure service providers in summer. Thus, between June and August, they will be subject to unannounced controls.
Checks will focus in particular on the activity of recreation areas, entertainment centers and pools. This aims to prevent the evasion from tax obligations. The decision was taken because during the summer period there is a significant increase in the number of clients served by leisure service providers.
In this context, the risk of committing tax breaks increases notably when they do not apply cash and control equipment to cash payments.
The State Tax Service recommends economic agents to comply with the legislation and consumers are urged to request the cash receipt.
