COVID-19 in Moldova: 377 new cases and 17 deaths were registered
Another 377 new cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed today in the Republic of Moldova as a result of 3,146 tests. According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection (MSMPS), the balance of COVID-19 cases in our country reached 152,640.
Of the total number of cases, 18 are medical workers: 4 doctors, 11 nurses, 3 auxiliary staff.
In total, 2,245 patients confirmed with COVID-19 infection are hospitalized in hospital medical institutions, of which 227 are in an extremely serious condition (41 patients are connected to assisted breathing apparatus).
Another 694 people were healed. In total, 142,669 people were treated by COVID-19.
In home treatment with mild and moderate forms of COVID-19, there are 4,004 people, and 21,011 are under home supervision.
At the same time, MSMPS announces the registration of another 17 deaths caused by COVID-19, the number of deaths reaching 3,245.
