Passenger bus involved in a road accident in Rascani district
A road accident involving the Moscow-Ungheni bus happened on Saturday morning at 7:00 am near the village of Corlăteni (Râşcani). Passengers did not suffer in the accident except the driver who was injured, Radio Moldova reports with reference to tvn.md.
The bus collided with a tractor with trailer, which, according to the driver, was moving properly. The driver of the bus, resident of Ungheni, said he had not noticed the tractor with the trailer because it did not have the lights on.
The bus moved to Ungheni, and the tractor, owned by SA "RED Nord" Râşcani, moved to Corlăteni to repair an electrical transformer. Police are investigating the case.
