People from 14 localities, informed about the prevention measures against COVID-19
People from 14 localities in Soroca, Floresti, Donduseni, Causeni and Cimişlia districts were informed by rescuers about the prevention measures against COVID-19.
In total, 20 rescuers with nine technical units were involved in the activities to prevent the spread of the new type of Coronavirus epidemic, who patrolled the localities and broadcast the prevention messages through the sound systems connected to the intervention vehicles.
IGSU employees handed out information leaflets to locals, as well as talked about the need to wear protective masks indoors, including public transportation, shopping malls, pharmacies and institutions.
At the same time, the citizens were asked to avoid crowds and to keep the social distance of at least one meter, to wash their hands as often as possible and to cover their nose and mouth when sneezing.
Such activities are carried out by IGSU in all regions of the country within the Campaign launched by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection with the slogan "Be careful, stop the spread of COVID-19, save lives."
