Fire prevention campaign continues in settlements in Moldova

The fire prevention campaign reached today, January 11, several villages in Cimişlia, Leova, Hincesti and Cantemir districts, Radio Moldova reports.

During the campaign, rescuers, firefighters and police train people on some anti-fire measures, to  preventing the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning from stoves and faulty heating systems.

According to the General Inspectorate for Emergencies, over 140 rescuers and policemen are involved in the action, which form 50 mixed groups.

Employees of IGSU and IGP go together with the LPA representatives to the households to talk about the norms of life security.

People with many children, the elderly, but also people with disabilities are visited.

The joint campaign aims to prevent risks and to  inform the society.
