Renato Usatii claims that he was announced in an international search
The president of the party Our Party, Renato Usatii, was announced in an international search without notifying the Interpol Central Office in Lyon. The statement was made by him at a press conference. Usatii claims that representatives of Russian force structures had abusively entered his name in the international search base, and that illegal actions were taken for political purposes at the behest of the Chisinau authorities, including President Igor Dodon. In reply, the press service of the presidential institution stated that in this way Usatii is self-victimizing before the elections, reports Moldova 1.
"Usually, when there is an ongoing investigation, any country that follows one person or another addresses the Interpol Central Office in Lyon and requests the application of Red Notes, or simply - arrest," said Renato Usatii.
Contacted by Moldova 1, the head of the presidency's press service, Carmena Sterpu, said that this is how Renato Usatii would try to self-victimize before the elections. At the same time, the representatives of the presidential institution urged the leader of the Our Party party to solve his problems with justice.
