PSRM, ready to convene the extraordinary sitting of the Parliament

The Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova (PSRM) is ready to convene an extraordinary sitting of the Parliament as soon as practical solutions for overcoming the complicated situation in agriculture and preparing for the new year of studies in pandemic conditions will be identified. A statement in this regard was made by the Vice President of the Parliament, the PSRM deputy Vlad Batrîncea after today's meeting with PDM, PAS and DA Platform.

Vlad Batrîncea welcomed this dialogue format between PSRM, PDM, PAS and the DA Platform. "We will do our best to ensure a balance and a broad consensus in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova. We proposed to come up with solutions discussed and approved by consensus and to have a civilized dialogue, with the involvement of the ministries," said Vlad Batrîncea.

TRM.MD recalls that the deputies of the factions PSRM, PDM, PAS and Platform DA met today in a meeting on the parliamentary platform to discuss several current issues, including additional solutions to overcome the complicated situation in agriculture and prepare for the new year of studies in pandemic conditions.

As a result of the dialogue, it was decided to create two working groups composed of deputies from the four parties. One of these working groups will identify solutions to support farmers, and another will prepare solutions in the field of education, so that the beginning of the new school year will be with as few difficulties as possible in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. Both groups will start their activity immediately and will convene in meetings attended by representatives of other state institutions, including the Government. The working groups will prepare proposals within a few days.
