Igor Dodon signs decrees on appointment of seven ambassadors to EU countries

President Igor Dodon today signed the decrees on the appointment of Moldova’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors to seven European Union member countries. This was announced on the Facebook page of the Moldovan president.

These are: Ambassador to Poland Igor Bodiu, Ambassador to Bulgaria Anatol Cebuc, Ambassador to the Czech Republic Alexandru Codreanu, Ambassador to Portugal Alexei Cracan, Ambassador to Ireland Larisa Miculet (who is presently in Dublin), Ambassador to Latvia Andrian Rosca and Ambassador to Italy Anatol Urecheanu.

During the discussions with each of the diplomats, Igor Dodon stressed the importance of deepening the relations with the concerned states, in order to strengthen the commercial and economic ties, attract foreign investments, improve the relations at the level of regions, to extend the cultural and humanitarian contacts and, not in the least, to exchange visas at the level of the heads of state.
