The Constitutional Court validated a deputy's mandate
The Constitutional Court of Moldova (CCM), at the proposal of the Central Election Commission (CEC), validated the mandate of the deputy Turcan Nichita from the list of the Political Party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", reads a statement of the electoral authority.
TRM.MD recalls that the deputy's mandate became vacant in connection with the death of MP Zabunov Ivan from the PSRM faction.
