A protester participating in a new demonstration of the "Yellow Vestes" lost a hand after the authorities threw a grenade in the crowd trying to forcefully enter the courtyard of the National Assembly in Paris, reports the post France 24 and Express.co.uk, quoted by Mediafax.
The victim is a photographer of the Yellow Vests, photographing the crowd trying to tear the fence of the National Assembly.
However, the circumstances of the incident are unknown.
The Paris authorities informed Le Figaro that the injured protester was taken to a local hospital by the intervention services.
Other protests of the Yellow Vests are also taking place in the cities of Montpellier, Lille, Nantes, Rennes, Brest, Caen, Lorient.
