Moldovans can go to Israel if they get special permission
The ban on the entry of foreign nationals, including Moldovans, into the territory of the state of Israel extends until October 1. Also, Moldovans who want to leave Israel can only do so through Tel Aviv's Ben-Gurion Airport. The decision was made on Sunday, August 23, by the Israeli authorities, informs Mesager.
Thus, Moldovans who intend to go to Israel must obtain a special permit issued by the country's Consulate in Kiev, if they can prove that the visit is justified. Also, passengers must complete the entry form at least 24 hours before the flight and present proof at the airport.
Moldova is in the red zone, and the number of COVID-19 cases is increasing, which is why, citizens arriving in Israel will have to fill out a form upon landing and remain in self-isolation for 14 days. At the airport, during the flight and during their stay in Israel, passengers must wear a mask, keep a social distance of two meters, and respect personal hygiene.
Upon departure from the State of Israel, the Moldovan citizens must complete, at least 24 hours before the flight, the boarding approval form, present the ticket and boarding approval upon arrival at Ben Gurion Airport.
