A building of the University of St. Petersburg partially collapsed: at least 21 people trapped under the rubble
At least 21 people were trapped after a university building in the Russian town of St. Petersburg. Petersburg collapsed partially on Saturday, local authorities said, quoted by Tass and Reuters.
According to information released by the Tass agency, more than 60 people were evacuated after three floors of the building collapsed.
The university building is in the process of renovation, according to the Interfax agency.
