START to applications for the Eurovision 2020 national stage
The Public Broadcaster "Teleradio-Moldova" starts the national stage of the “Eurovision Song Contest 2020”. Those who want to represent our country at the most prestigious European music competition can submit their files.
To register for the competition, the candidates can submit the registration application, the project description, the digital audio materials and the list of materials - in strict accordance with the Regulation, until January 17, 2020, 17:00 at the Eurovision 2020 Collection Center, to the address: Chisinau municipality, str. Hânceşti, 64, TV Moldova 1.
The files will be received from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. The file can also be sent by e-mail to: eurovision@trm.md with the audio material attached in MP3 or other popular format and with all the annexes established by the Regulation.
The national selection for the designation of the representative of the Republic of Moldova at the Eurovision 2020 competition will take place in two stages: the examination of the files and the LIVE hearing.
The 2020 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest will take place in the Netherlands, after Duncan Laurence was named the winner of the Eurovision 2019 competition. He performed the song "Arcade".
The two semifinals, the international stage, will be held on May 12 and 14, and the Grand Final will take place on May 16, 2020.
