600 lei one-off payments can be collected by end of year

The National Social Insurance House (CNAS) informs the beneficiaries who have not yet raised the one-off 600 lei support payment, can request the funds from post offices, by this year-end. According to CNAS data, the payments have not yet been collected by 1596 pension beneficiaries and 562 state social allowance beneficiaries, IPN reports.

In a press release, CNAS informs that the one off payment in the amount of 600 lei was granted to the beneficiaries of all types of pensions, established before April 1, 2019, whose monthly income did not exceed 2000 lei. The support was also offered to social state allowance recipients. The recipients are people with disabilities, including childhood disabilities, seniors without work experience and families who have lost their carer.

To date, 551 thousand pensioners and 67 thousand state social allowance beneficiaries have collected the one-off 600 lei payment.
