Moldova will receive 15 million euros to counter the impact of the pandemic

The financing agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Commission on the "COVID-19 Resilience Contract for Moldova" was signed. This was announced by President Maia Sandu on her social media page. According to the president, following the signing of this agreement, our country will receive a grant of 15 million euros to combat the effects of the pandemic.

"This help is very important and necessary for the Republic of Moldova. I will insist that the money reach the sectors that have been most affected by the pandemic: the healthcare system, agriculture, small and medium-sized enterprises. I will also ask the competent institutions to monitor how this money is allocated, so that they reach the people who need support the most ", said Maia Sandu.
