Moldova will receive nine million euros from the European Commission in the fight against COVID-19
Moldova will receive nine million euros from the European Commission in the fight against the new Coronavirus. The Ministry of Finance and the European Commission have signed a financing agreement in this regard, Moldova 1 reports.
The agreement is intended to provide support to Moldova to respond to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as to implement the reforms undertaken under the EU-Moldova Association Agreement and the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area.
The actions to be financed under the agreement will be implemented in the period 2020-2026 through direct and indirect management, under the provisions of the Financing Agreement.
