State budget law for 2019, amended

The parliament made today amendments to the Law on state budget for 2019. Thus, the revenues of the state budget will be 40 633 531,5 thousand lei, and expenses - 46 336 817.6 thousand lei, with a deficit amounting to 5 703 286.1 thousand lei.

The project adopted by the vote of the majority of the legislators adjusts the budgetary indicators to the incomes, expenses and the budget deficit, starting from the re-estimation of the forecasts to the main macroeconomic indicators and the tendencies in the execution of the state budget in the first semester of this year, the revision of the spending programs, as well as unblocking the funding of donor budget support.

The draft law provides for the decrease of revenues by 1 billion 492.0 million lei, of expenses - by 1 billion 327.4 million lei, respectively the increase of the approved deficit of the state budget by 164.6 million lei.

The Parliament holds extraordinary session between August 12 to 16.
