Oil costs go down again
Several PECO stations showed lower fuel prices. One liter of diesel costs an average by 55 bani less, and gasoline – by 25 bani less. The liquefied gas reduced by 10 bani, reports Moldova 1.
Thus, 1 liter of diesel costs 14.24 lei, compared to 14.79 lei. The price for one liter of gasoline 95 is 16.47 lei, compared to 16.72 lei a day ago. One liter of liquefied gas costs 9.77 lei, compared to 9.87 lei.
From March 2019, the oil companies set the retail prices of petroleum products themselves, without exceeding the annual rate of return of 10%. As a result of increases in fuel prices in January, the authorities announced that they will revert to ANRE's setting of ceiling prices. Following this announcement, some discounts followed.
