A Moldovan from Italy, among those infected with coronavirus, announces the press in Italy
In Italy, the most affected country of the European epidemic, the press reports that among the contaminated is a woman from the Republic of Moldova, reports Radio Moldova, quoting Radio Chisinau.
According to Corriere del Veneto, the woman was caring for an old woman from the province of Treviso, who died on Tuesday. 30 people with whom the 75-year-old woman came into contact lately have undergone coronavirus diagnostic tests. All are asymptomatic, and tests were sent to Padua for confirmation.
Meanwhile, the Moldovan caregiver and the other patients are quarantined at home.
Six other European countries reported their first cases of contamination with the new coronavirus: Greece, Northern Macedonia, Croatia, Austria, Switzerland and Norway, and France also announced the first death. The first cases in Georgia, Algeria, Pakistan and Brazil also appeared.
