The 55th edition of the "Martisor" International Music Festival, inaugurated

The 55th edition of the "Martisor" International Music Festival was inaugurated on the evening of March 1. The event took place inside the National Palace "Nicolae Sulac" without the physical presence of spectators in the hall, in the context of the evolution of the epidemiological situation in Moldova.

According to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research, the National Symphony Orchestra of the Public Broadcaster "TeleRadio Moldova", "Serghei Lunchevici" National Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra; Chisinau National Chamber Orchestra; "Doina" Academic Choral Chapel; "Brio Sonores" band; "Zdob and Zdub" band; "Acord" and the beloved artists Eugen Doga; Nicolae Botgros; Corneliu Botgros; Andrei Jilihovschi; Natalia Tanasiiciuc; Lilia Istratii; Cristofor Aldea-Teodorovici etc performed in the inaugural show titled „Margaritare”.

 The International Music Festival "Martisor" - 2021 takes place between March 1-10 and will contain several online music performances organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research, in collaboration with Î.S. “Moldova-Concert” Concert and Impressario Organization, “Serghei Lunchevici” National Philharmonic, “Maria Bieşu” National Opera and Ballet Theater and Organ Hall.

 We remind that the musical performances will be broadcast by the Public Broadcaster Moldova 1 and the TV channel Moldova 2 and will be broadcast online and on the Facebook pages of the concert institutions.
