Twenty six students from Comrat art school have become finalists of the International Competition "Children Draw the World"

Twenty six students from Comrat art school became finalists of the International Competition "Children Draw the World", held in Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan, in last October. The works of all the young artists from autonomy, who took part in the competition, were exhibited for the general public at the Comrat Regional Art Gallery, reports Moldova 1.

Vividly colored landscapes and static natures, expressive portraits, pictures of rural life and popular holidays - this is how the young artists from Comrat municipality see the world.

The visitors of the exhibition appreciated the creativity of the young artists, but also their courage manifested by participating in international competitions.

The competition was attended by 62 countries. Four hundred seventy nine works were included in the album. Twenty nine of them are from Gagauz Autonomy, which has 26 finalists.

About 150 students are trained at Comrat Children's Art School.
