Last day of campaigning today
Central Election Commission warns that today, November 1 is the last day of campaigning.
The electoral legislation stipulates that the actions of campaigning are strictly forbidden on the day of the election and the day preceding it. On these days, it is not allowed to carry out / reflect the activities / materials aimed at campaigning, or the candidates’ participation in TV or radio programs. Also, the electoral competitors cannot make transfers in / from the account "Electoral fund".
The continuation of the campaigning on the days mentioned by the media, electoral competitors and citizens is sanctioned with a fine, from 15 to 30 conventional units, applied to the natural person, and with a fine from 35 to 50 conventional units, applied to the official or the electoral candidate.
